Need help calculating dose.

Need to know if my calculations are correct. Continued the taper a couple of days ago, this time from 1mg Klonopin.

I tried cutting the pills, but splitting the 0.5mg pills into 1/8 is difficult, so I guess milk titration is better.

 

I have a 50ml syringe, if I grind up a 0.5mg pill with 50ml whole milk that would mean that each ml equals 0.01mg right?.

The plan is to taper at 0.01mg a day, so reducing 1ml a day would be correct?.
