Eye twitches gone? Is this the calm before the storm?

Hi Buddies,

 

I can hardly believe it, my severe eyelid twitches are gone. I woke up yesterday and they were absent. They've been ever since I finished my taper. Is this a good sign or the calm before the storm?

I think it's a great sign of healing. It was the first real sign that I got . My eyes were constantly twitching. But not anymore. It was terrifying when it was happening though.
