Hi everyone, I just want to say I will be away from BB for some time (maybe a few months).  I just decided  I need sometime away from all the thoughts and fear of benzo wd.  Thank you so much for the last few months, thought I am doing better but I probably need some time and not to think too much about benzo. I hope to come back when I'm much better...I hope everyone a speedy recovery, you guys been great. I can't thank enough for all the help.

Wishing you all the best Tracy.  Stay strong and spoil that inner being of yours.  We will be waiting with open arms for your return and update of healing health.
