Hello,

 

I've been reading for months about tapering and I think I'd like a doctor's support-plus a possible prescription to switch from Ativan to Valium.  Is there a link on this site anywhere to doctors that have been helpful and truly understand the severity of symptoms and follow the Ashton Method?
