Anyone have ice cold hands and feet?

Yeah I had that off and on. I don't know I'd it's a circulation issue or s perceptions problem. It's been gone for a while. Maybe you can get a small tub with warm water to soak your feet?

I stil get that while in a wave it's very common withdrawel symptom. I wiould warm up some hot water bottles and surround my feet. I ended up buying a heat pad though since it happens often.
