Hello! I am new to Benzo Buddies, but not new to tow world of SSRIs and benzos. I honestly have had very little experience with benzos luckily, but have had a very long and treacherous relationship with SSRIs. I was on and off of them for 14 years, and am currently 2.5 years med free. I am joining here because I spoke with a friend about some recent health issues that I think may be related to the SSRI use and withdraw, and she suggested I posted here. She mentioned that there is a lot of crossover in this forum with different meds, so I'm hoping to not only get advice on a few things, but to contribute as well!
