I can't even eat the food I have been eating this whole time without it revving me up. Chicken and rice everyday with safe for me fruits and veggies , that is my diet...... It would be a paleo diet if it wasn't for the rice and yogurt.

 

No sugar,no caffeine, no preservatives all natural food...

Remy, when did you get off the pills?  It doesn't say in your sig.  Sorry for your food problems.  I eat chicken and brown rice, too, alot.
