Muscle twitches galore

I guess this doesn't really have to do with my taper persay.. cause I've kinda always gotten muscle twitches but holy cow it seems like the past few weeks/months my muscle twitches have been coming more often. I get them everywhere it seems too lol my legs my back and the past two days my arm. Nothing worrisome and no pain but holy cow it's annoying. Maybe I just need to up my magnesium.

 

Anyone else get these?

I was on Kpin and it is a very strong muscle relaxer.

 

During taper I got restless legs...never had them before.

After jump, all kinds of twitches and contorsions. 

They woke me up.

 

I no longer have any of it.

 

About 10 weeks post jump.

I got them even  on the Klonopin lol

I get them too. Often my muscles constrict to the point of screeching pain. It's the drugs. The gabapentin really helps but not 100 percent. Think twitching is pretty common. B

twitches are one of the more pleasant w/d symptoms. enjoy them while they last

Like I said, I've always gotten them. Before benzos during etc

Magnesium and Epsom salt baths if you can get in/out of the tub.
