Extreme upper spinal pain?

Hi everyone just wondering if anyone else has had spinal issues The pain in my spine is so bad even to stand at kitchen counter to prepare and make meals, also extremely bad after driving. At night it gets so bad I get dizzy. Just wanted to see if this is common and if it will improve.

Hi Recovery,

 

I too had crippling spine pain for nearly 12 months. It has subsided greatly over the past 3-4 months.

 

I have no tips on how to manage it, aside from listening to your body and laying down when needed.

 

Just have to hang on. All the best

Yes I had it and still have it although it has subsided quite a bit.

 

I use an ice pack and it helps sometimes.

 

The pain was so bad I thought it was going to break me.

 

It will get better with time

I had that from begining of my spine till neck for days too.I could not walk or stand.I was to so dizzy.But now it got better.
