When do you get to the point where you're not afraid of everything? Eating taking an OTC sleep aide? Not sleeping Bc you feel like your heart is gonna pop? I'm only three months out.. Feels like 30 years. Anyone else.. Oh and who lives in Florida? A hurricane while being in WD.. Should be interesting. HELP!  :o

Benzo withdrawal makes most of us scared of everything.  Once I got further along in my healing 12+ months I started experimenting more with supplements, different foods, etc.  If I got a bad reaction I would just quit taking it or eating it.
