Does anyone get bad leg weakness where you feel you can barely walk?

But when you do, you can walk ok

 

Yes! I have this often.  It does improve with time, however I found eating plenty of protein helped with this situation.  Whether you drink a protein drink or earlier foods high in protein. I wounderstand struggle with in the mornings, but after eating, the weakness would fade away.  Hope this helps. I'm a little over 2 months and I'm finally not waking up to body weakness as much.

Many days I hold the walls to walk..then out of the blue, I'm good.

 

It's very strange and can be rapid.

 

I eat clean, no supplements, and hydrate a lot as I'm guessing I'm releasing a lot of toxins.
