Social security, retirement, etc

I have been disabled for yeard

Hubby worked at local PD before his stroke

He was lucky enough to have state disability retirement pension

 

But I hear ya, I really feel for people who have to work through this. I dont think this would be covered under govt or private ltd or std but its worth looking into. Especially if you have an underlying condition that the benzo was prescribed for originally

My spouse paid for almost everything (car, insurance, rent, food, etc.) for the last 3 months since I can't no longer work (64 years old). Not happy about that, for sure. Without her God knows where I would be... Probably dead. I wait for my federal pension which will begin next january (Canada). Not a nice place to be...
