Does anything help seriously something to take the edge off someone mentioned keppra I'll do anything seriously is there something that is better than others

I have found a couple of things that helped me during withdrawal.

L-theanine 200mg capsules. L-theanine supposedly lowers excessive glutamate.

Lavender oil, very calming. Supposedly helps lower blood pressure and promotes relaxation.

These are just two things that have helped take the edge off for me. They may not work for anybody else.

I have also used l-theanine. I supplement with magnesium and epsom salt baths are good too.

 

My prescription remeron is what helps the most though.

Phenibut hits GABA Receptors in a very similar fashion as Benzo's - Look it up - I took something called Kavinace and it worked SO well - then I read that its basically a Benzo in supplement form - I've read it must absolutely be stayed away from.......I'm getting desperate myself and considering Lexipro or Remeron - Neither go near GABA
