I have been on Xanax for 4 months now and was on for the most part 1mg to 1.5mg a day over 4 doses a day and most recently have gotten it down to .25 3 x a day for the last week but am having all signs of tolerance and interdose w/d but not sure if I should go back up or just wait it out as I have read about kindling and the effects of going back up and down so not sure what to do?
