Been on Xanax now 4 months due to a horrible experience with lexapro for the first two months was at 1mg-1.5mg a day there were a few days a little higher but not frequently. Now over the last month it's been .25 3 to 4 times a day with .25 3 x a day over the last week and I'm having the headache, anxiet, numbness and tingling in my head, hard time breathing mood swings, crying spells the whole 9 not sure what to do any suggestions?
