Think I messed up converting to liquid titration.

Am I doing this wrong? I converted to all liquid k. I dissolve 1mg in 100 ml water (have to use water) in a.m. 1mg in 100 ml water afternoon and 1 mg in 100 ml water bedtime.  Am taking out 41 ml in the afternoon. Am I using too much water? I am going to start a microtaper once I get the liquid part right. Really confused. Would appreciate help. Thank you.
