How much do I cut if I want a daily dri micro taper? ANYONE?

I made my first big cut of 10% of Valium last Sunday. Depressed, weepy, anxious, burning - just awful.  Someone suggested a daily dry micro taper but her math did not make sense.  How much do you suggest I cut each day? What kind of a scale do I get for this kind of cut? Suggestions/example on cuts size/measurement/how to is very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I find it helpful to think of what percent to cut in a month.  Find out what that is then divide it by 30 to get the daily cut.
