On 1.6 mg of diazapam . Titrating with liquid valium over the last two years starting at 15 mg.

Now that im on my last bit i am having a really hard time. I feel like im losing touch with myself and the world. extreme depersonalization and weird ocd thoughts. Im scared im going to get schizophrenia from all the stress ive had and laying around for two years. my mind is playing tricks on me. I hope i dont lose my mind.
