I get extreme anxiety and more symptoms from exercising and I make myself do it anyway because I know it's working. I am doing really good at 8 months off compared to a lot of people who slow tapered. I was active before this though. I do get agraphobic too and push through that. I look at my daily dog walks as a way to challenge all of these symptoms and over the course of all these months, I can see a lot of progress. I was working out 5-6 times a week in acute because I read that book called "Spark" that is recommended in a LOT of threads here and I believed what he said that it helps the brain heal faster. Maybe I am fulfilling a self- fulfilling prophecy?
