Shoegaze/Dream Pop Music

This is the type of music I've been listening too lately. It probably started out in 2012. The first band I liked was Slowdive. Than overtime I started listening to other bands. I love the sound of the music and it helps me relax. Is anyone else on this Forum a fan of this type of music? If your not sure, I'll listen a few bands.

 

Cocteau Twins, My Bloody Valentine, Autumn's Grey Solace, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Chapterhouse, Deafheaven, For Against, Love Spirals Downwards, Lush, M83, Nothing, A Sunny Day in Glasgow, Team Sleep, Trespassers William, The Verve, Warpaint and many others!

 

If you're still not familiar with this type of music, check out some of the bands I listed and watch they're videos on Youtube. I usually listen to Classic Rock, alternative rock, Grunge, Indie Rock/Indie Pop but my music style has been opening up to new different styles now. I even have been getting into Techno, House & Drum and Base music.

Lol, I listened to that music long before benzos. Was a natural benzo for me. Wish I kept listening to it more. Those were the days when I would have said, "take valium, why???". Where is the time machine?  :'( :'(
