LOVE Dire Straits!!  Mark Knopfler was my first gig of the summer at the Greek in June :-)  He's just an incredible musician.. but with his unique phrasing and his Geordie accent, I'm fairly certain that most people who were not from the UK were having a hard time understanding what he was singing.  I had a hard time myself!!

LOVE Dire Straits!!   Mark Knopfler was my first gig of the summer at the Greek in June :-)  He's just an incredible musician.. but with his unique phrasing and his Geordie accent, I'm fairly certain that most people who were not from the UK were having a hard time understanding what he was singing.  I had a hard time myself!!

 

Mark Knopfler is my favorite guitarist.
