INS. music has always been so important to me, if you think about it a song writer is really a poet and it takes the right artist to put the writers words to music yes? And yes hands speak alot of ones life so very true. Music has been part of my life as far back as I can remember.

Yes, songwriters are definitely poets.  Amazing poets, at that.

 

You have not at all upset me.  Music touches on our emotions, and I love when the truth of

a song really grabs my heart. You know, it keeps me in touch with what is important.

Pretty much every Dylan concert I've been too, he's been mostly quiet. And when he speaks, it's not much. BUT I'll tell ya tryin, he's given me a whole lot for a long time.

 

Oh...no question, he is so unique in so many ways. It's going to be a shame when a lot of these old greats are gone. many of them are getting up there in age. I just saw where Ringo Starr has a new album out...he's 75 now. Hard to believe. And the Stones are touring this summer. Charlie Watts is about 75 as well!

 

Speaking of the Stone's I really like their version of Like A Rolling Stone.
