SO, I KNOW IT'S 9:55 am ON TUESDAY, APRIL 14, 2015, BUT DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT TIME ZONE BB ORIGINATES IN? IT SHOWS 2:55 PM ON THE HEADER...

It's GMT, Greenwich Mean Time.  BB is based in Great Britain, but has members all over the world.  At this point, most are American and Canadian.
