There's a new-fangled bar drink in there, somewhere...and yet ANOTHER good reason to have quit drinkin...

Goats don't really like to eat tin cans, but they love the labels and whatever's left inside the can...

Is this what yer looking for?

Ha ha!

I at first thought you were talking about the liquor, Wild Turkey.

You could make the liquor equivalent of Skittlebräu (Simpsons).

yes Texasstar, that's exactly what I'm referring to.

Big question I have: is it really possible to get wild avians drunk on whiskey soaked cracked corn?

No reason for asking... >:D

I'm just curious.

I've got a flock of the darned things that mosey on by every now and again- eating the cat food kibble I leave for the outdoor cats.

If you'll soak a #20 gauge shell in any libation, then use it for its intended purpose, it will settle those wild avians into a feathery rest...

I've seen birds eat fermented figs and chinaberries off the trees and be so ripped they couldn't perch, much less fly...

If they go after that treated corn, you might have a great commercial in the works...

Catsup, left to set as a paste on copper bottomed pans, will remove the brown oxide sheen and bring back the coppery color...some shining may be required after the process...tex

Lily, Thanksgiving came early this year...

I learned (again) the importance of kicking one's housecats out of the bedroom prior to any and all attempts at meditation.

Today I learned:

That a cup of Safeway's Jambalaya soup combined with a package of dried fruit- will give one a truly serious case of the winds.

I hope you don't learn, as I did, the importance of rolling those same windows down for moisture removal on the next sunshiny day...

A mosquito in meditation allows you to focus really well, but it's not very soothing...

Tis not just pregnant women who get strange food desires. >:D

Today I learned- the importance of making sure that all of the egg shell has been removed from the egg white when you fry up some egg for breakfast.

Extra crunchy.

Hmmm, I shall have to try that.

One day I learned the True Meaning of FEAR.  When I was doing something and the wife says to me: "Is that one of my GOOD pots?"
