Small Idea

Not sure where to put this post, so if it is moved I understand.

 

Spotify - wonderful music program, however, I am always of the look for calming music to listen to and calm me down. My idea was that if anyone out there has a few calming songs they want to build into a few playlists, they should post them for all to listen to. I've searched for playlists, "Benzos", but no luck finding any.

 

If anyone has Spotify, build a playlist about your recovery ) We would all love to hear it.

I don't do spotify, but I have a Pandora station (deep space) which plays mellow, ambient music.  They play a lot of Liquid Mind, Steve Roach and similar artists' music.
