Hi Butam , i dont think we met before,  nice to meet you. i took xanax 30 months i quit 3 months ago i strongly suggest that you slowly taper it can take a year or more to get to the quitting dose size i also suggest that you quit and half the size of 0.0625 mg I still have some difficult days and feeling withdrawals after 3 1/2 months , the best thing that helped me was activating & exercise some nasty withdrawals clear up for me in just a 5 minute walk its nice to meet you , sorry im not really single im just in a open relationship
