That's nice to know Eva, I hope he tried some local food and liked it, by the way, Delhi belly is far easier to tolerate than benzo belly  :D.

I understand what your saying but I feel like me in withdrawal is not my real personality.its so hard for me to enjoy life when im not in my own body. I try my best to be happy but its hard when you cant really enjoy anything. Im just excited to be fully healed from this bs.

Hi Eva,

Asia, wow, nice! Nice to meet you.

I agree with what you said - distraction.  I'm working on this.  Trying to get out of the mindset that something is medically wrong with me and wrapping my head around tolerance WD (never heard of it until a few days ago).  Just had some crying therapy about this with my hubby.  It's just hard to want to do anything when my skin feels like its on fire.

Something I definitely have to work on though....

Thanks Kyra, i wish you all the best in your journey...

Please don't read scary stories, better turn on the radio :smitten:

yeah distraction is easy to say, but its very hard to do it,,,,

it took me 6 months to really get the POWER of it!!!

i also was complaining a lot on here, listing my symptoms, crying like a baby,,,

then i was for months lying numb during the day in my bed with youtube songs on,,,

then i started to force myself go out,,,even if i was forcing myself badly and dreaming about crushing into my bed...

then after some time it became a habit,,

and now i love it,,,,

Real fighters and winners are those who do their homework of distraction to perfection :smitten:

my 3rd WD jump was easier than any of my cuts,,,

take care

im so happy to meet you :smitten:

my grandfather that was from Ukraine, was only one who truly loved me and called me very BRAVE, while the rest of my family

was thinking that I'm a sad and stupid  loser....
