hi razekiel when i saw you had insomnia i thought id let you know that you should try take vitamin D the magnesium you already take can help melatonin from walgreens is very good too it has vitb6 added to the 10mg melatonin (i cut into 4 pieces ) the b6 in the melatonin helps prolong slep longer try to avoid excess lights in the evenings if you cant just wear sunglasses indoors in the evening god bless you , katie
