in case any of you 'young-uns' know the 'references' & jingle but don't know the movie.......(stay out of rural georgia btw... :laugh: )

That must be a pretty disturbing clip.  I couldn't watch it because it said I had to sign in and verify my age.  :nono:

 

FluterByee, I love the Chevy Chase Vacation movies...thanks for posting!  John Candy was awesome too!  Sling Blade is good; I haven't seen it for ages.

 

Another one of my favorite comedies...I dare you not to get up and do the twist when you watch this!  :clap:

Never get tired of watching them.  If you think about it John Travolta has been responsible for music and dance in quite a few movies. I'm having Benzo Brain at this moment and can only think of Grease, Urban Cowboy, and I know there's more.

Me, my cousin, and my daughters are going to see "Dirty Dancing" the play at the Majestic Theater in November. We are all excited about seeing it.

My daughters have watched this movie since the were little.  They both love dance.

I like the final dance; however, I don't think I will be trying that move anytime soon...as I just know I would get dropped...lol  :laugh:

Great Movie! And, Nurse Ratchet is something, but I'm not sure she's a real sweetheart.

My dad is on Hospice, and I help take care of him, and he just thinks it is hilarious to call me Nurse Ratchet :laugh:  When the Hospice nurses come over...he always tells them, and I'd like you meet my nurse who takes good care of me here at home...her name is nurse Ratchet. "He's 87....gotta love him" :thumbsup:

No.  She is NOT a sweetheart.    She gives nurses a BAD NAME.

I hated her and actually wanted to kill her myself!  She was a witch with a BIG B >:D

Now this is a movie I have seen many times, and yes, I have to agree with you...it is truly a most AWESOME ending! Don't we all want our knight in shining armor to come carry us away (what ever that armor is) LOVE IT!
