Good to see you too.  I erased it as a way of forgetting the past and moving on. I know ill never forget, but it just felt good.  Im ok. I still do have minor setbacks. I surely wouldnt venture so far as to insinuate that my suffering came close to so many good people here on BBs. I have much respect for You and many others who have endured the pain inflicted during benzo withdrawal. Stay strong and I'll be thinking of you and the rest of the BB population.

Hi Snowy  I thought about you a lot too and wondered how you were doing as you were one of the more familiar buddies to me on here, and we quite often posted on the same threads. How are you doing now my good man Like abcd I'm also wondering have you jumped or are you still tapering? I'm glad your ok as I was concerned you may have been in a bad way and unable to get on here, or maybe it was good news and you were doing so well you were just getting on with life more as things improved, I wish you al the best and continued healing
