oh sure, i've heard....sounds good. in all honesty though, i don't like american blues that much. other than the original black founders and an occasional american blues guitarist (johnny winter for example), i would much rather listen to british musicians playing american blues. (if that makes any sense). like i would rather listen to this for example......

 

 

the bristish sound to me is much better and 'rock'ier.

enthusiastic to say the least....they had their platforms shakin'.....i remember going to the 1964 world's fair with my family. i was seven years old. we'd wandered into this one exhibit which the old man thought was a 'futuristic' restaurant. (it was actually some kind of daytime, non-alcoholic sort of discotheque). two minutes after we sat down at our table, a very nice looking, scantily clad woman hopped right up on the table and began dancing not unlike those two in the video.  'ma' was shell-shocked, my father and older brother were in seventh heaven and at that moment i had a spiritual awakening. i realized i was one little boy who didn't have to hate girls anymore....!

I think that was Brenda Vaccaro.  Joey Heatherton is also in that video - at least, it looks like her toward the end.

Aww, kids today.  They have NO idea what they missed out on.    I think the mini skirt is back...keep an eye out.
