3. Tomorrow i'll have my first therapy-session.

4. I've resisted the urge to take a pill.

Love reading these - thanks, everyone. Here's mine:

1. Slept 8 1/2 glorious hours with only two wake-ups last night.

2. Enjoying the silence instead of ruminating about disasters.

3. My appetite is back.

4. Wrote notes and mailed cards to friends and family this week after living in a self-absorbed funk for months.

5. My nervous system seems over-all calmer this week.

1. I'm med free.

2. I slept 4 hours last night.

3. I was offered a new job (Unfortunately, I don't think I can take it yet, but it feels good that they chose me from a lot of qualified candidates anyway).

4. The weather has been really nice the whole week.

5. I miss my brother, who lives abroad. I haven't had normal feelings for a long time, maybe for years, so it's positive for me.

It's not a five things I am happy about post, but i wanted to comment on number 5....

It feels really good to have any kind of feeling for me now.

Sadly, my sons tadpoles turned into frogs and then died. Both of them.

The look on his face and his sadness.... I actually felt sad for him too.

I know this sounds really weird, but it was happy with that sadness. Because it was not a benzo related sadness, but my own, for him.

I understand how grateful you would feel for missing your brother....

It's all crooked, but congratulations !!!

i have a place to recover and a couch to sleep and rest.

i like being able to give myself little gifts and take care of myself which i do a lot.

i'm still alive and breathing.

The wave ended

The tinnitus has been in the background all day

I bought a lawn mower and a weed eater and no longer have to rely on anyone to help me with basic yard work

Reading the assembly instructions for my new purchases was a breeze. No confusion. Just followed the steps

My sweet peas are growing nicely. I spent some time today repositioning them and guiding them up the lattice

feeling joy is experiencing all emotions whether good or bad and being okay with it.

i've actually been saying "i'm one day closer to being healed" while i'm stuck again in this waiting game of another wave/.
