Requesting a schedule for clonazepam .25 mg

Hello!

I am new! I was on 1.5 mg for three years and have tapered down to .25 mg which is a quarter of a whole 1mg. after six months now,

I started the .25 taper one week ago, so I plan to taper down to the next cut on July 5Th I am looking for a titration schedule to continue, I thought 1 mg. a day will be great to try, but I am confused with the measurements.

It has been difficult dealing with all kind of emotions, visual disturbance, not able to get sleep, hair falling, been feeling dizzy and weak the last few days, out the list goes on. Thank the Lord my daughter is helping me through this and I don't have to work.

I was prescribed this stuff for Restless Leg Syndrome, the doctor denied I would be going through any type of withdrawal and stated clonazepam would not cause any dependence!!! and wanted to prescribe me a antidepressant!

I have the graduated cylinder now, but confused on where to start with measurements, so I need help on starting this new process

Hi BYBYMatrix, does it matter if you use 100ml of or 250ml water.  Because I'm using the same chart but I'm currently using 250 ml of water and with my chart I'm on the titration much longer than the chart you presented, which seems more resonable than mine.
