1984 Article. Good read.

I'm going to put this here. Its not "news" exactly so didn't want to put in Benzos In The News.

 

This was published in  1984 and if you'll go to page 6 of 6, it clearly states that benzo withdrawal is a severe illness.

 

I'm not putting it here for a dramatic affect or to make anyone even angrier. I'm thinking it would be a pretty good article to print and take to our doctors that are unconvinced of this withdrawal illness.

That's a great article, I think I had read that earlier! The only thing I see that gets to be a problem is the arrogance of U.S. doctors not accepting medical studies from outside of the U.S. and from England of all places.

 

Remember how the response was when it came out in the news that the elderly were buying their medicine from Canada? There were accusations of inferior medicine coming from Canada, even when much of it was U.S pharmaceutical brands. They acted like these meds were coming from a dirt-floored, back alley business in Calcutta, India or something.

 

Their God-like arrogance is pathetic. I must be getting better because I am getting "angrier" over this issue. ...I don't stay mad long!
