How do Tickers work??

I started a Ticker (The ticker factory) as many have here for when they got off Benzos, (I did one for smoking) - How do they work? Mine is just staying at 0 all the time, and I cannot see how to update it, (could be benzo brain) I went through the help on the Ticker Factory page, but still don't see how they update. Anyone?

I had trouble getting mine working too.... don't remember how.  Check on tech support board.  Good Luck!
