Almond milk sounds nice.

There is a product called Mio that flavors water.  No sugar, no caffiene.  Tastes half way decent, different flavors, better than regular old water all the time.  However, the lemon/lime flavor is for energy so watch out for it if you do happen to try it.  I goof'd up and wasn't paying attention and flavored my water with for an entire day with 'energy'  :idiot:

I got blessed with the shakes, sweats, etc. that entire night and following day.  It's sold in grocery stores, on the juice aisle.

All the Celestial Seasonings teas are caffeine free and some very nice flavors too.  My favorite is Lemon Zinger.

What brand of almond milk do you all buy? I buy the vanilla Silk almond milk and don't like the taste :( It's ok for making pancakes, smoothies, etc., but not by itself :(

Sweetened almond milk is awesome but it has a fair amount of sugar in it so I don't drink it. Not because of wd.....it's a dietary thing.

Personally I drink a ton of water, a couple of protein shakes a day, and sometimes (usually decaf so it doesn't mess with my sleep) white or black iced tea.

A near beer at the moment.  It's great to drink water though.  Nothings better. Maybe hot water with lemon for some variation.

Paid extra for some fresh squeezed orange juice recently.

I order many teas online (usually 3-6 boxes) and often a better price and no tax .  Check Amazon, Oscar..

Usually whatever besides heavy duty sodas and alcohol. Gatorade is good, milk, tea, sprite, 7-up, just things that are not heavy duty. Go have that drink, if you are tired of water.. you will be just fine.  ;)

Having given up coffee, my concession is to make a pot of decaf with only 1/4 the amount of decaf and then fill a big coffee cup 1/4 with the already diluted decaf coffee and 3/4 hot water.  Put cream and stevia in it and pretend. :)  And for me, it actually works lol.  I feel like I'm indulging but without the consequenses.  For what it's worth...

I also like a smoothie every day with around four strawberries, a bannana, handful of Almonds, some Omega Oil, (soetimes a little but garlic to spicen it up a wee bit and Almond Milk to liquify it all. feels like I am getting some nutrients at least, don't know if the sugar in the fruit is any problem? Feel pretty like hell most of the time, don't seem to notice it being worse after a smoothie or anything.

Green tea (the theanine in it counteracts the caffeine so it doesn't bother me) and sour cherry juice diluted with water.  Sour cherry juice is a source of melatonin, so it's good to drink in the later part of the day.  Also diluted organic apple juice.  And of course water, water and more water.

Soda without calories seems to be fine for me.

It seems I don't have any issues with the caffeine, although coffee is a different matter.
