feeling really scared

I'm having really bad dr.  I usually have it, but today its just so intense, i can barley handle it. 

 

I was outside with a few people then i looked up at the sky and started thinking my usual 'trying to figure out life' type thinking.  And I just was suddenly hit with this feeling of being completly unreal and so so so alone.  I had to run to my room.  If I stand up i feel like the room is spining.  My thoughts are just so screwed up,  i hate that i can't trust the thing (my brain) thats suppose to be helping me.

I'm sorry you are having such a problem with dr.  You might find something useful on one of the many threads about dp/dr on the Anxiety board.  Here's a link to one I remember and I know it has links to other informaiton.

You can also do a Search to find old posts about it.  At various times members have posted what helped them cope until it resolved.  Good luck.

Metheral, you could try slowing things down a bit or maybe holding for a week or two.
