[bm...]
So it seems that for the first 3 months I didn't have any Nausea at all until Month 3. Now anytime I talk for a long period of time or exert myself in any way, I feel shaky and Nauseas. Is this W/D? is this normal? How long does this last for? It's a horrible feeling. [He...]
I would say normal bmwzw, had it many times myself during tapering, so I guess it's a normal wd reaction - just like you describe it, shakiness, nausea, with weakness, sometimes I feel like I can't stand or walk properly when it's real bad, seems to center around the stomach area, awful nausea. Congratulations on being off for three months
[fi...]
bmwzw, I certainly hope it improves for you. Unfortunately it can be a common w/d sxs: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benzodiazepine_withdrawal Sincerely, fg

[pi...]
Hello bmwzw, Nausea is common during withdrawal and can crop up at any time. I have found ginger tea to be really helpful. I peel the fresh ginger, chop it up and simmer it on the stove. Or you can buy ginger tea bags. Its very soothing to the stomach. If your symptoms persist you might get it checked out to rule out any other cause. pianogirl

[pi...]
Thats good and you can just chalk it up to withdrawals. You might try the tea, it worked well for me. Also warmth on the belly is also soothing.

These symptoms are caused by the sympathetic nervous system from excess adrenaline. Blood sugars need to be evened out as much as possible. To help with this, small portions of complex carbs, and small amounts of protein eaten about every two hours, with plenty of water. Ginger tea, or Ginger extract might help with the nausea itself too.
