Problems sleeping

Im nearly 19 weeks off Temazepam and have done really well but my sleep problems have returned this week.  I have been sleeping well mostly 8 hours a night but for the passed few days i am having trouble sleeping. I have had a few problems that have worried me and brought on my anxiety.  Wondered if anyone else suffers with this.

If you have been getting 8 hours then you're doing extremely well. This is probably just a wave for you. My sleep didn't start improving until 10 months off.
