some suggestions for anxiety

I sometimes take a tsp of cream of tarter in warm water when the anxiety gets bad, and it helps some.  Anxiety causes over-acidification, especially if you hyperventilate, so alkylizing with cream of tarter can help.  I also sip on a glass of water with magnesium and vitamin C in it thoughout the day, and I think it helps a little.  Also, I have a face mask for people with allergies and I put it on when I start hyperventilating.  It's like the old paper bag idea without the paper bag.
