Is it on one or both sides of the body?  If one side, check for shingles and get to doctor.  I got shingles about five weeks afte my taper ended (and I was in my forties). Doc said it was mroe common now in younger folks, even college kids taking finals... It might not be shingles.  There are other rashes, just be aware if it's on one side to get checked by a doctor.

I get the intense itching. Just my hair touching my shoulders can bring it on. This is crazy stuff.

Try taking a lukewarm shower instead of hot with the rash and slather some Aveeno cream on it seems

soothing.

Ive had that rash, too it does go away.
