Why don't my sleep regulate

My sleep don't regulate it all over the place the last five days it's been ok now I'm back where I m not even tired I what's up at 5 am  now it's 1235 am the next day and I'm wide awake my hole body fills like it gots restless leg can't get it to calm down

try to do a few muscle relaxing exercises,look them up on google.it feels a lot better after them. try to remember this too,the more u try to sleep the more it'll elude you,so go on a trip to the kitchen,pour yourself a glass of milk,or do anything u seem to enjoy,just put a break in the 'trying to sleep' routine,come back to bed and and lie down when u feel like it,if you cant,go away again. hope you feel better soon.
