benzo free for four months

[...]

Recommended Posts

I have been benzo free for four months due to relocating and not being able to find a physician who understands benzo withdrawl.  I had bee diagnosed with epliepsy years ago and now attribute it to withdrawls from zanax.  I could not tolerate the anti-seizure meds and was put on valium a few years ago.  I am struggling still and have been reading this blog for months and have finally decided to post.  I am still having difficulty sleeping and wake with nightmarish panic attacks.  I will start to feel like I am getting some kind of relieve and my sypmtoms come back.  I will post more later.  Struggling today.  Thank you for this blog and all those who contribute.  It has truly been a life saver.

I hope your symptoms subside soon.  4 months is still somewhat early out for some folks, so side effects at this time would not surprise me at all.

At any rate, I wish you speeding healing.

Sincerely,

fg

The relief and surge of symptoms is cause waxing and waning and is very common in withdrawals.
