[pa...]
I had a TRUE window about 4 weeks ago when I woke up WITHOUT d/r. It was awesome. I was wondering...do you guys ever have relief of d/r? Or for those who have healed- did the d/r ever disappear while you were awake to observe it? Or did you just wake up and it was gone? I have had many times where I've had good and bad times throughout the day. And at 3 months off, I would have given my left arm for the kinds of days I"m having now. But the mild d/r is the symptom I wondering about... Can you feel it lift when you're awake? Or is it just gone when you wake up?
[Au...]
For me, I can either wake up in a window OR have a window suddenly open up during the day, even if the day started out bad. I have had both.

[pa...]
Thank you August and Jenny... I am starting to realize that the d/r is very common with Klonopin. Some buddies didnt' have it hardly at all, though - and that gives me hope that mine can leave soon. But I just dont' know. Thank you both for responding. I have 2 little kids - I just didn't think it woudl take this long. I want to take them places, but I dont' feel able to until the d/r goes. Crying a lot today. Just not having an easy time with the thought of this taking longer than I realized. :-[Parker
[os...]
The window i had was on a good day anyway but in the afternoon it sort of became great... i can say that it just lifted... it was not a sensation as such, just a realization of feeling fantastic, it was very noticeable but it was like a mood change, it wasn´t like a strong sensation of it lifting, it just sort of happened and i was chatting away and realized i felt really great, better than i had in many years... i said to a friend "hey guess what, i feel amazing!"... i wanted to start doing housework immediately, it was just like being NORMAL but in my case a normal i have not had for 20 years... it was like super normal and really, really great to be so connected to real life again... like being benzo free i would imagine... [Au...]
Remember, it will take more time, but it won't always be THIS bad. You will come out of this bad wave, and even though you will still need more time to be completely healed, you will feel MUCH better. And I get what you mean about not expecting it to take so long. That is EXACTLY how I feel too. I NEVER thought I would still be like this at 1 year off, never in a million years. I am telling you this, but reminding myself of it at the same time, because I need to remember as well that I will not always feel like I do right now in this wave. I had 3 amazing months before this wave hit...you will too.
[pa...]
Oscar, Reading what you wrote makes me really happy for you. Really happy. I have had some afternoons like that, and they have been nice, even in the midst of the d/r. August, I guess I should know better. I was on both K and Ambien for 2 whole years. It makes me sad to think of what I have done to myself. I am so looking forward to a window. I could REALLLY use one right about now. August - you make me feel better. I really appreciate the things you said. I hope 6 months is better. I never want to see months 3-6 ever again. I am so sorry you are in a wave. I'm sure that comes as a huge surprise. If I had a great 3 months, I'd think I was done. I hope it ends VERY soon. You guys are both great buddies. I am usually a positive one - but it's just been a hard day for me. THank you for being there. :)Parker
[Fl...]
My dr let up quite a bit when I turned my first corner at 5 months off. The time since then can be a little blurry but if I remember correctly kind of crept back in and was fairly pronounced up until a couple of months ago when I turned the second corner. To answer your question I can't recall having the dr lift during the day. If so it was gradual enough that I didn't realize it at the time.
