[WT...]
A symptom that comes and goes for me is my heart will palp or jump really hard, then I get a physical burst of adrenaline that is super short lived -- it seems to run toward my stomach. This type of adrenaline doesn't seem to affect my mind or thoughts; I can just feel it physically. Anyone else experience this?

[sm...]
yep, I usually will get this at night. It comes out of nowhere, and then leaves pretty quickly. I don't get it as much anymore, but I know what you mean....do you drink water when that happens? Its really important to flush that stuff out, and exercise is really important to burn off that cortisol:) Helps me
[pa...]
Smuel, I think you are onto something with exercise. Sometimes I am so tired, there is no way I can do it. But when this is not the case, I am trying to push myself. Even if it's just walking briskly for a while, it helps me. The one time I woke up with that window and NO d/r was after about 2 weeks of exercising almost every day. I have no idea if that is why I got the window, but that's when it happened. :)Parker

[su...]
Mine flare if my blood sugar dips. I'm usually good about eating healthy and try to eat 6 small meals a day...but if I forget, the palps scream at me...along with the jittery feeling, anxiety, faintness. Don't know if that is what you are talking about....just another trick up your sleeve that might help...
