Guest [Un...]
Feeling more anxious and having breathing issues 3 hours after taking my .125 k dose. like clockwork. Yet as I approach the next .125 dose, I feel clearer and better, and actually good. What does this mean? I'm on .25 per day, do I taper quick and get off or jump? I feel like its "toxic" for lack of a better word. Thanks Rico
[fi...]
When did the breathing issues start? fg
[Ha...]
Do your symptoms become strong at the same time of the day every day? So many systems in our bodies are based on a 24 hour cycle, maybe those cycles have more influence than the fluctuations in benzo concentration due to your dosing schedule. For example, many people (myself included) have the strongest w/d symptoms when they wake up, regardless of when they take their doses.
Guest [Un...]
To answer both of you, and thank you for responding, the breathing issues never had before benzos. It's a sensation. Like I want to take deep breaths but cant. So i force it and end up making it worse. It comes and goes, but is most prevalent a few hours after a dose. Doesn't matter where I'm at, or what im doing. I have been checked out Ekg, stress test etc. Mornings are worst. 5am wake up and dose, anxiety and stuff peaks around lunch, then wanes towards evening. [...]
Anxiety and breathing issues are close cousins. For example, we all have had episodes of feeling short of breath (I'm talking about pre-benzo). It makes you feel anxious. I would see the two as linked to w/d. It's hard to figure out the rationale for w/d patterns. I think, above all, establish a consistent taper that is tolerable and keep it going. It's not a smooth ride but it needs to be tolerable. Symptoms feel horrible but, essentially, are harmless. Guest [Un...]
Everything has been tolerable, but now is just getting so mentally draining and making me sad for lack of a better word. Tired of the fear.
