It probably wasn't made for that purpose. It explained what GABA is and which drugs are used to combat the malfunctions. My only complaint is that it was as boring as hell (and poorly filmed). I hope that guy is not a lecturer. To be fair he did mention dependency and said it was not a good thing. A heap of scary clips came up on the side about dependency. Didn't go there.
