Hi Raypach,

 

From months 3-6 post benzos, this is exactly what happened to me.  Things went downhill and I was shocked (especially after tapering!) by how horrendous it got.  But since month 6 it has only gotten better.  I still have some bad waves and BIG bumps, but my baseline is SO much better.  It WILL get better, but when you are WHERE you are right now, it feels as though it will never end.  Hang in there, Raypach!!!  Good times are on their way.
