Hi All

 

Slept okay last night. Had a fruit tea and read insted of TV in bed. Woke at about midnight but took 7.5mg of Zopiclone and was away until 6am. As the fog is clearing I feel okay. Going to work today and feel okay about it for the first time in weeks. Day 7 in benzofreeland.

Isn't Zopliclone lumped in with the benzos as it affects the GABA receptors and is addictive? Seem to remember that from TRAP!

Yup, Zopiclone ain't a benzo, but it might as well be. Need to shake them off too but have to function at the moment as I'm still going to work. One day at a time eh....

Love hearing that some people can still work.  I couldnt work in a iron lung at the moment

 

so good on you buddy thats fab that you can work.  Im jealous however i did pack the dishwasher tonight and cook dinner does that count.

Yes, loading the dishwasher certainly does count ! Little things slowly and surely eh ? Yeah, I can deal with work, but I was only taking Lorazapam for 19 weeks so my w/d has been manageable compared with most of the friends on here who have mountains to climb !
