15 mg temazepam 3 before bed.

 

Taken, klonopin, valium, flurazepam in the past as well.

 

I joined to better understand peoples complications with medications similar to mine, and get a better understanding of benzos myself.

Tr3mor,

This is a great place for a benzo education, that's for sure.  Just about everything I know about it I learned here.  If you write a signature telling about your history and dosage, it will help answer questions.  Are you trying to taper?
